Kettlebell Workout review

I happened accross Kettlebell swings by accident one day surfing around the net but since I’ve loved the strength, endurance and weight loss I’ve experienced.  Not only do these workouts burn fat like crazy but they also build your endurance quickly.  My shoulder muscles improved as well.  I felt like I was getting the endurance workout of a run combined with the benefits of weight training all in one workout.
